Thinking about growth and individual development, it is important to note that although it may seem individualistic it isn't. I can relate to seeing my spouse, achieving his goals and feeling slighted and underperforming but after self reflection and healthy dialogue, I realized that our goals are unique therefore measured differently. His accolades does not diminish me. Remember you are a united front and when one of you prosper, you BOTH win.
